TopMate is committed to providing you with convenient and efficient warranty services:

  • New Products: Enjoy 2-year warranty service, with battery warranty period of 1 year
  • ♻️Refurbished Products: Refurbished products launched to support environmental protection, enjoy 1-year independent warranty service

🔄 2. 30-Day No-Questions-Asked Return Worry-Free Shopping

Within 30 days from the date of purchase, any undamaged product can be returned for any reason and receive a full refund.

  • Product is undamaged and in good condition
  • Must include all original accessories and complete packaging
  • Valid proof of purchase required

Once the returned item arrives at our warehouse and passes inspection, the refund process will begin immediately. Returns may be rejected if conditions are not met.

Warranty Process:

  • Contact customer service and provide proof of purchase
  • TopMate will document the troubleshooting process
  • Provide serial number of defective product and/or clear evidence of defect
  • If necessary, item needs to be returned for quality inspection

Shipping Costs (Borne by buyer in these cases):

  • Returns for non-quality issues

  • 🙅Returns caused by buyer error (such as returning personal items, wrong items)
  • 🔍Items claimed defective but found functional upon inspection

Refund Note: For returns due to non-quality issues, TopMate only refunds the product cost, excluding shipping fees.
